The Ohio River Festival of Books is changing the format of the event to enable more people
to take advantage of the programs that will be offered. Instead of a one day festival in Huntington, the programs will be spread over dates that include National Library Week. Events will be held in various venues including public libraries, colleges and universities, and other locations across the tri-state.
