Welcome to the 2012 biennial regional book festival, The Ohio River Festival of Books (ORFOB). The mission is to promote literacy and encourage local authors in the Tri-state area (West Virginia, Kentucky, and Ohio). From Julia Keller to the Madcap Puppets, there is something for everyone.
